Position Title:  HR Manager

Reports To:   Plant Manager

Location:    Yantai

Function:    HR

Subordinator:   HR Specialist and Admin

Overview:

Be a business partner to lead human resources and administration activities as well as promote Inteva core values to maintain a positive and healthy employee relationship.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor degree with major in Business Management or Linguistics, Psychology etc,

· Min 8 working years in human resources function, at least 3 years as managerial role in a foreign investment manufacturing plant, auto part industry is a plus,

· Proficient in oral and written of English,

· Strong conceptual thinking,

· High self-motivated, team player, adapt capability to fast change,

· Good communication and interpersonal skills,

· Be able to work under high pressure,
