Job Title职位:  Product Supervisor  产品主管

Report to 汇报对象：Engineering Manager 技术经理

Basic Function岗位概述:

1、 To take part in the development and auditing of new product;

参与新产品的开发与评审;

2、 Participate in Divisional Project Teams in Quality Programs such as

QS9000, tolerance Review Teams, Cost Improvement Teams ETC.to meet divisional Goals of continuous improvement;

负责产品的包装设计评审

3、 Work hands-on to develop aftermarket Light-duty filter designs to replace

current products;

组织产品原材料的开发

Education, Experience and Physical Requirements学历，工作经验及体力要求:

1、Above or equivalent to the undergraduate, mechanical manufacturing related major;

本科及以上学历，机械制造相关专业;

2、Above three years related work experience;

三年以上相关工作经验;

3、Good theory knowledge of mechanical manufacturing;

良好的机械制造理论知识；

4、Familiar with Word, Excel software;

熟悉办公软件，如WORD\EXCEL;

5、Familiar with Auto CAD and Pro/e;

熟练操作Auto CAD，Pro/e 等软件;

6、Familiar or trained quality management tools is preferred;

熟悉或接受过五大质理管理工具培训者优先考虑；

7、Fluent English skills;

具备英语交流能力;

8、Communication and analytical ability, technical innovation ability;

具备沟通能力、分析能力、技术创新能力;
